Sunset Park is a residential neighborhood in Santa Monica and is one of the best places to live in California. Located between Pico Boulevard and the southern city limits and Lincoln Boulevard and eastern city limits, Sunset Park offers residents an urban feel with its great selection of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. It is composed primarily of single-family housing, and is part of the highly rated Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. Clover Park is a large park in the area with recreation facilities including baseball and soccer fields, a beach volleyball court, and a fitness course. It also has incredible play structures which are a favorite amongst the little ones.

In the dense cluster of blocks that make up the Ocean Park neighborhood, there’s always something new to try, with approximately 150 restaurants, cafes, and bars in the immediate area. When you’re not spending time at the beach, hop over to one of this Santa Monica neighborhood’s many parks for some fun outdoor activities, like rugby and soccer at Airport Park, or walk your dog and take in the scenery at Ocean View Park.
